Apartment Amenities

At the Villas at Tropicana, we provide two-bedroom, two-bath, non-smoking apartments, complete with modern furnishings. The open living/dining room comes with high-top dining table and luxurious leather upholstery in the sitting area. Whip up your favorite recipes in your full kitchen with new refrigerator, gas stove and spotless microwave oven. Bedrooms come complete with extra-long single beds, dressers and desks, and plenty of closet space. Each bedroom has its own freshly remodeled bathroom.

All utilities are included: gas, water, electric, trash and basic cable. Plus, we give you free high-speed internet, both wired and wireless.

Community Amenities

With our new on-site management staff and bi-monthly community events, the Villas at Tropicana provides apartment living in a neighborhood environment, nestled in the heart of Isla Vista.

The Villas offers a sunny swimming pool and barbecue area; a recreation room with a pool table, ping-pong, and a plasma TV. Washers and dryers are available on-site. Our hi-tech laundry system will even text message your phone when your load is done!

With many SBCC and UCSB students in residence, the Villas at Tropicana strives to create an environment which enables you to excel academically.
