Be responsible for you and only you. When you lease by the bed, you are responsible for your contract obligations to Villas at Tropicana and don’t accept the liability associated for your roommates payments.
Gather a group of friends you’d like to share an apartment with or, if you prefer, we can help find roommates for you. Share great times together without sharing the bills.
Why people like the By the Bed Lease:
You are only responsible for yourself. If one of your roommates leaves, it doesn’t affect your contract status or your monthly rent. If you don’t have other roommates to form a group, you can sign up for just one space and we will find other roommates for you. In the event that someone leaves, that individual is responsible for his/her own contract and he/she and you don’t have to deal with it!
Why people don’t like the By the Bed Lease:
You are not in control of the apartment you are in, you are only in control of your bed space/type that you chose. You do not have control over who your roommates will be (however, you can request other roommates and if they request you we will do our best to honor any requests made).
