With our new on-site management staff and bi-monthly community events, the Villas at Tropicana provides apartment living in a neighborhood environment, nestled in the heart of Isla Vista.

The Villas offers a sunny swimming pool and barbecue area; a recreation room with a pool table, ping-pong, and a plasma TV. Washers and dryers are available on-site. Our hi-tech laundry system will even text message your phone when your load is done!

With many SBCC and UCSB students in residence, the Villas at Tropicana strives to create an environment which enables you to excel academically.

Additional options at the Villas at Tropicana include reserved off-street parking, on-site bike parking, and discounted meal plans at our sister properties of Tropicana Gardens and Tropicana Del Norte.
